咳咳，过年回家的时候和我家大宝一起看了好多的芭比动画片，一开始很唾弃，后来看上瘾了

下午院子里来了一只以前没见过的鸟，长相很特别，赶紧叫ens看，可惜还没来得及拍照留念，它就飞走了。

后来ens查了字典的图鉴，说是戴胜，当时就觉得这名字如雷贯耳说，记得小时候看幼儿画册还是什么东西，里面各种各样名字的鸟，五彩斑斓的，可是这么久了从没见过活的，这还是第一次看到活生生的传说中的鸟~~

今天下午来院子里的那只比较好看，咖啡得很鲜艳

 

 

想尝试萨其马已经很久了，总是因为觉得麻烦或者懒得油炸特别是找不到麦芽糖等借口拖延着。前两天在55上看到用糖和蜂蜜也可以做萨其马的方子，终于忍不住决定试试看了。

昨天去超市买了专门的炸物油（如果用橄榄油来炸面条俺会心疼死的），今天在家开动了。

 

失败的一步在于熬糖浆，一开始水放多了，然后看着大半锅的水耐不住性子等熬干，无视小火熬糖的规则开始作弊大火烧水，最后也没等到糖浆焦黄就放了蜂蜜，结果虽然在液体的时候糖浆看起来还不错，但是冷了之后就变成了硬硬的白糖霜而不是黏黏的糖胶。然后，我想大概也有切面条的时候为了防止相互粘连撒的面粉太多的缘故，总之，做出来的萨其马很不黏，刀一切就哗啦啦的大块掉渣，尝试失败:(
